Instagram for Business Creative Tips

Role: Web, visual & motion designer

Challenge: The previous page experienced high traffic from significant campaigns but had an exceptionally high bounce rate.

Objective: Revamp the page to deliver actionable guidance and focus on equipping small business owners with the tools and education needed to post effectively, using successful real-life examples.

Results: Reduced the bounce rate by 11.5%. Increased the Call-to-Action Points (CTAP) from 0 to 635.

To make the page more interactive, I added an accordion module and included high-fidelity mockups with animations that highlight key details in the copy. We also placed multiple calls-to-action throughout the landing page, so visitors can easily take action whenever they're ready.

The previous version lacked real-life examples, so we incorporated them as video formats to add context. Additionally, many of the calls-to-action were getting lost, so we added a full-width CTA in Instagram’s colors to make it more prominent and ensure it stands out effectively.
