As a Senior Designer for Meta’s global business presence, I was responsible for everything from high-pressure 72-hour launches to long-term system maintenance. My role was to ensure that whether we were announcing new AI tools or helping a small shop understand video ad creation, the experience felt cohesive.

Requested directly by the COO, this high-priority MVP launch required immediate execution to align with the product announcement. As the design lead, I synthesized rapid feedback from global stakeholders and agencies to drive alignment, securing a neutral-to-positive market reception.

The marketing goal was to inspire small businesses to start making Reels. I designed a campaign landing page within Meta's global web system, spotlighting a surf brand from South Africa to make the advice feel human and less like a manual.

Bringing social-first 'Stories' into a slide-based B2B web module.

I wanted to give users a way to read case studies that felt less like a white paper and more like an immersive story. I built this content module for Meta’s Global Web System to allow for full-bleed, slide-based navigation. It’s a more engaging way to break up heavy text and keeps users focused on one idea at a time.
