Redefining the Visual Language for Global Scale
As the Senior Designer, I was responsible for bringing a vision to life, translating high-level direction into a concrete visual and motion system. Working closely with Monk Media, I set the guidelines for how layout, motion, and photography should work together to serve everyone from local shops to global corporations.
The Impact
Unified a Global Brand: Built a flexible visual language used across a 9-page site overhaul.
Streamlined Handoff: Provided exact motion specs that reduced friction between design and engineering.
Designed for Inclusion: Ensured the system worked seamlessly across diverse markets and Right-to-Left (RTL) languages.
Establishing Layout Themes: Connection, Growth, and Movement
I defined three visual pillars to keep our designs consistent. We used "Line" to show connectivity, "Layering" to create a sense of depth and expansion, and "Movement" to convey a sense of dynamism. These three themes serve as the foundation for our visual design approach.

Translating brand DNA into functional motion for a global business audience.
I adapted WhatsApp’s core consumer motion principles to work specifically for a B2B context. By recontextualizing Upward Movement to signal business efficiency and Scale-based Push-ins to represent growth, I built a familiar yet purposeful motion vocabulary that helps users feel the product's benefits as they navigate.

Defining a Functional Motion System for the Web
To ensure motion served the user experience rather than distracting from it, I established a clear logic for how and when animations should appear. While the external agency defined the easing specs, I built the framework for their application—prioritizing page performance and readability. By limiting text animations and reserving motion for high-impact heroes and interactive elements for feedback, I ensured the site felt snappy and intuitive for users navigating at high speeds.

Elevating usability and perceived performance through intentional, feedback-driven micro-interactions.
Using AI for rapid prototyping, I translated brand motion into functional component-level behaviors. I applied Upward Movement to loading and hover states and utilized instant color shifts with energetic easing to boost perceived performance. Every interaction was delivered with motion specs an exact engineering implementation.
Ensuring design integrity across 100M+ pageviews through edge-case documentation and RTL support.
Designing for a global product requires localization that extends beyond simple translation. I documented edge cases—specifically Right-to-Left (RTL) mirror logic and dynamic text expansion—to maintain visual integrity across diverse markets. By delivering comprehensive, "dev-ready" component documentation, I eliminated ambiguity for the engineering team and ensured a consistent user experience regardless of region or language.

I moved the brand away from "flat" corporate imagery toward dynamic, high-angle photography. The goal was to show real human collaboration—moving beyond the cliché of a person staring at a laptop—to create a sense of aspiration and global community.
